I think Jiepu's lecture was great, but I'll be honest--it went way over my head. What do I really need to know about databases in order to survive in my school library?
I have to say that it is probably a good idea to have a basic understanding of databases if you are going into library and information sciences. Jiepu's lecture was great, but I also found that some of the information was very confusing. Maybe we could come up with some questions for FastTrack Weekend concerning this issue? -Katie
